Job Description

Join a dynamic and innovative team at Spydr, where creativity meets technology. We’re a leading digital agency in Bristol, specialising in providing comprehensive managed products and website development services to a diverse range of clients. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that drive success and satisfaction for our clients.

Spydr is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team. • Account ownership and growth: Own the success of assigned client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth. Build deep understanding of client business objectives and proactively identify opportunities to expand the relationship through additional projects or increased retainers.
  • Client satisfaction and communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Manage expectations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure clients feel valued and heard throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Business development: Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts by identifying client pain points and proposing solutions. Contribute to new business pitches and help win work that aligns with Spydr’s strategic direction and capabilities.
  • Scope and commercial management: Translate client requirements into clear, well-scoped Statements of Work (SOWs) that balance client needs with commercial viability. Negotiate terms, manage contract renewals, and ensure all engagements have appropriate commercial frameworks in place.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Act as the bridge between clients and internal delivery teams. Facilitate smooth handovers, ensure requirements are clearly communicated, and coordinate resources to meet client commitments.
  • Performance and risk management: Monitor account health metrics, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies. Report regularly on account performance, pipeline opportunities, and any concerns that require management attention.
