Job Description
About the Role
This role is perfect for an editor who’s confident in their craft, understands social platforms, and is ready to take more ownership of their work.
You’ll be working closely with one of our major entertainment clients, editing content across YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, and other social platforms. While YouTube will be a key focus, this is a social-first role, covering everything from long-form videos to reaction cam content and fast-turnaround cutdowns.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form and long-form social content across YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, and beyond.
- Cut talent-led, gameplay, and reaction cam content, adapting tone and pacing for different personalities.
- Deliver fast, efficient turnarounds without sacrificing quality or engagement.
- Optimise edits for each platform: hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling.
- Apply basic colour correction and audio polish.
- Work closely with producers and creatives to shape and elevate content.
Support versioning, cutdowns, and prep for delivery.
