Harleys is a full-service, creative agency delivering innovative brand and marketing communications that exceed expectations.
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic team player to join our Client Services team to support account handling, sales and business development processes. We’re hiring an Account Executive to be the connective energy between our clients, account handlers and creative teams. You’ll act as a key point of contact for client accounts, support with day-to-day account administration, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on track, assist with new business proposals and pitches, maintain our CRM tools, and support the wider Client Services team with sales activity and client onboarding. An understanding of marketing communications would be an advantage in this role.
The position will include the following responsibilities:
- Support the Client Services team with sales activity, including preparing proposals, estimates and pitch materials.
- Assist with new business development opportunities, including research, lead qualification and administrative support.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for client accounts, responding to emails and requests and triaging to the right team member.
- Support with onboarding processes for new clients and help build strong working relationships from the outset.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, including writing agendas, taking minutes, distributing contact reports and tracking actions.
- Create and maintain project schedules, timing plans and status documents for client-facing and internal use.
- Monitor project deadlines and budgets, keeping project management tools and scopes up to date; produce weekly status reports and flag any potential changes to timelines or costs.
- Administer HubSpot CRM, keeping client and opportunity records accurate, and export scheduled reports for the team.
- Coordinate with the creative and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and clear internal communication.
- Support with the preparation and presentation of creative work to clients, documenting feedback and ensuring revisions are tracked.
Required skills
The successful candidate must have excellent organisation and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to manage client relationships and handle a wide range of data (including sensitive information) whilst keeping the highest standards of confidentiality.

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a client services environment, ideally within a creative or marketing agency
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a close team as well as independently
- A proactive ‘can do’ attitude, initiative is crucial
- Excellent project management, organisational and scheduling skills with the ability to multitask
- Very high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages and project management tools; willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with CRM tools (especially HubSpot)
- Knowledge or experience of marketing communications and creative processes is an advantage; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud suite is beneficial
