Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract initially
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, worked 9.30am – 6pm
Salary: depending on experience
Location: Gas Ferry Road Studio, Bristol

The Estates Facilities Department provides Facilities and Health and Safety management support across Aardman’s studio and office facilities.

As part of the Facilities Team, the main function of this role is to provide the following:

Required skills

Candidates will need a minimum of 3-5 years’ hands on experience in a Facilities Management environment. You will also need strong administrative, organisational and communication skills.

Applicants should be forward thinking with the ability to anticipate problems before they arise and have excellent resource planning skills. You will need to have a clean driving licence for this role as well as manual handling experience. We’re looking for a team player with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
