Insights Marketing Manager
Bristol (hybrid – 1 day a week in the office)
£55k-£65k + benefits
We’re looking for an Insights Marketing Manager who can lead the insight function within Marketing and strengthen how our clients’ business understands its members, its market and its performance.
This is a senior Lead role with real influence. You’ll combine rigorous research, analytical depth and clear thinking to shape decisions across marketing, product and partnerships, ensuring insight drives action, not just reporting.
The role
You’ll own insight end-to-end, setting direction as well as delivering hands-on work.
- Lead insight projects across segmentation, brand tracking, customer journeys, surveys and bespoke qualitative and quantitative research.
- Design, execute, analyse and report research and experiments that result in clear recommendations and measurable outcomes.
- Line manage/mentor an executive to ensure development and professional growth.
- Build a deep understanding of members, their motivations, behaviours and needs and ensure this insight informs marketing, product and partnership decisions.
- Develop frameworks to track member outcomes
- Manage insight requests from across the business
- Work closely with the Data team to support data-led decision-making
Required skills
About you
You’re thoughtful, credible and confident working with complexity, data and metrics.
- 6+ years’ experience in marketing, with a strong focus on insight, analytics and research.
- Significant experience in market research, user research and marketing analytics, with strong mixed-methods (qual and quant) capability.
- Proven product marketing experience, using insight to shape propositions, positioning and messaging.
- Ability to interpret and translate complex datasets
- Confident at presenting insight to senior stakeholders.
- Data visualisation; experienced working with spreadsheets or databases.
- An experimental mindset!
- Able to work from the office one day a week.
