AMBITIOUS Office Manager – Be the heartbeat of our agency!
Location: Office based – Clifton, Bristol.BS8 2AT
Hours: Ideally a FT role. We’ll certainly open to flexible working hours across 5 days a week. Please note, this role needs no less than 25hrs a week
AMBITIOUS is looking for an organised, proactive Office Manager to keep our agency running smoothly & create a welcoming, efficient environment for our 22-strong team & clients.
What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day office operations & suppliers
- Host guests & coordinate meetings
- Support HR admin like holiday planning plus onboarding & team activities
- Assist with finance admin tasks like expenses, POs
- Maintain office tech including our customer database (we use HubSpot)
- Organise team events & socials

Required skills
You’ll thrive if you’re:
- Highly organised & detail-focused
- Warm, professional & proactive
- Tech-savvy & used to using office software including being open to learning & using evolving tech like AI across office admin activities
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in an Office Admin or Management role, with a good understanding of how things run day-to-day
- A keen eye for detail & confidence handling a variety of administrative tasks including finance admin
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications – we can train you on our other platforms
- Proactive, hardworking & naturally resourceful when solving problems
- Strong organisational & communication skills, with the ability to keep things running smoothly
- Someone who takes ownership of their work & follows tasks through efficiently
- Personable & service-oriented, with a friendly approach to supporting others
- Experience liaising with ssuppliers
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines & staying calm under pressure
- Trustworthy & reliable
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of supporting a team
- First Aid or Fire Warden training
- Familiar with basic HR processes & policies
- Worked in an agency environment
