Voyageur Publishing and Events Ltd. is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing design and production team within a fast-paced international B2B publishing and events organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on industry-leading publications and global events, producing visually engaging designs that are seen by audiences worldwide.
As our Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the creation of high-quality layouts and visual materials across our magazines, digital platforms, and event collateral. You’ll work closely with editors, marketers, and senior designers, contributing fresh ideas while developing your skills in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
The Role
You will play an important role in shaping the visual identity of our publications and events. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and laying out pages for industry-leading magazines and special publications.

Supporting the creation of marketing materials for international conferences and events, including brochures, adverts, signage, and digital assets.

Working closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Preparing artwork for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Managing multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Taking on feedback constructively and making revisions efficiently.

Actively developing your design skills and expanding your knowledge across new tools, formats, and creative techniques.
Required skills
Who You Are
You’re creative, motivated, and excited to build a career in graphic design within publishing and events. You have a strong passion for layout and magazine design, a keen eye for detail, and a positive, can-do attitude. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

A relevant qualification or early career experience in graphic design.

A genuine interest in editorial layout, typography, and print design.

Confidence using industry-standard design software (such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
