-Lead, mentor and support Front End engineers
-Shape best practices, processes and technical direction
-Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
-Contribute to planning, pitches, workshops and hiring

-ES6+, React, JavaScript, TypeScript
-Accessibility, API integration, modern tooling & testing
-Agile experience and commercial awareness
-Passion for new and emerging web tech.
