Charity Freelancers Bristol would love to welcome local charity freelancers/consultants to our first networking event! This will be held at 2pm on August 14th at Watershed on Bristol’s Harbourside. It is a free event, and participants can purchase drinks/snacks at the Watershed bar.
We are a newly-formed group that aims to bring together charity professionals from across Bristol and the surrounding area. After our first meet-up in August, we plan to run monthly networking sessions from October onwards. These events will provide a space for freelancers to meet others who are working in the charity sector, to share experiences and tips, and have opportunities for work referrals and collaborations.
If you would like to attend the event on August 14th and/or join our WhatsApp and Facebook groups, then please email Rosia Curtis or Jess Augarde: [email protected]; [email protected]

How To Be Useful is a half-day session to help you approach the problem of strategy with confidence, and turn those voices into collaborators. We’ll look at strategy through the lens of the people you do strategy for, and with: clients, stakeholders, creatives, audiences. And we’ll cover tools and hacks to help you move forward with what you have, whatever stage of the process you’re at.
