We’re seeking an ambitious Senior Account Manager to join our talented team and take the lead on some of our most exciting accounts.
We’re a creative brand agency with a dynamic team and a great roster of clients to match. With a mix of sport, FMCG, travel, retail, audio and financial services accounts, we challenge brands to go further, developing multi-channel campaigns that deliver commercial success. We’re a switched-on, hands-on team, who love to work hard, impress clients and laugh (a lot) along the way.
A key member of our Client Services team, you’ll be responsible for turning our clients’ needs into actionable, informed, insightful briefs. Briefs which our creative teams can run at. To do that, you’ll make it your business to be fluent in your client’s business. Being inquisitive will come naturally to you – you’ll innately understand how your clients’ businesses work and be confident in steering the agency to deliver creative solutions that work.
You’ll be experienced through the line and at ease across digital, design, broadcast/video and media. Confident with strategy, you’ll partner with our Planners to ensure we are effective and efficient in our delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years agency experience and be confident managing integrated client accounts.

Required skills
- With a multi-channel lens, you’ll be confident reviewing the merits of various channels and leading an integrated campaign response
- A natural lead in client meetings, you’ll be comfortable influencing discussions with senior stakeholders and steering the outcome of key meetings
- You’ll have a robust understanding of digital channels and be confident leading digital development, eCRM, SEO and CRO briefs
- You’ll be enthusiastic in leading project teams, drawing on experience to be decisive and directive when required
- Confident building and nurturing client relationships, through understanding their businesses inside out
- Confident and passionate about writing insight-led creative briefs to inspire the studio
- Financially-astute, you’ll know your numbers and be confident forecasting with accuracy
- Competent in writing proposals, negotiating budgets and outlining financial agreements
- Driven to identify and convert new revenue streams within existing clients
- A real people person, you’ll relish the chance to build and manage your own team, bringing the best out of our people and young talent
