We’re on the lookout for our next Stitcher; an eagle-eyed, highly organised account manager, someone who gets stuff done and knows exactly how to balance client needs with reality.
Who are we? Well, we’re Stitch, the employee communications team at Deloitte. We create employee communications for global brands to educate, energise and enlighten, transforming tricky topics into inspiring employee stories.
As a Stitch Account Manager you play a key role in managing our clients internal communication campaigns and projects. You will oversee the delivery of multi-media employee communications from initial pitch to final delivery and everything in between.
Being a Stitch Account Manager means:
- Working with global brands and high street names on employee communication projects spanning geographies, channels, languages and styles.
- Digesting and interpreting the client brief, project, programme or initiative to write excellent and effective briefs.
- Working closely with creative teams, clients and colleagues to create employee communications which meet that brief and exceed expectations.
- Championing quality; using your laser sharp focus to ensure accuracy and excellency across all outputs.
- Managing a range of projects and clients, from ad hoc one-off comms needs to annual global campaigns – no two days are ever the same.
- Overseeing the commercials, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture.
Your skills and professional experience:
- You will perhaps be working at a creative agency, or in a marketing, communications or digital role.
- As a proven project or account manager you will already be looking after complex projects or programmes, familiar working with a range of creative teams, clients and/or suppliers.
- You are a confident and clear communicator, you write well and can articulate yourself effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- You have a good grasp of numbers and an ability to competently cost, track and report on projects to measure key metrics. You will be experienced in planning and managing budgets and project finances.
- You are highly organised and calm under pressure, you know your way around a project plan and you are familiar the usual office communication tools and applications, you know your .jpeg from your .mp4 and your .ppt from your .xls.
- You are a people person who really shines no matter who you’re working with…the team, clients, colleagues or our network of suppliers.
- You know what it means to give the best client experience, holding a strong track record in growing and developing client relationships.
