We’re reimagining work experience for less advantaged 16-25 yr olds with our new microplacement model. Our 1-hour to 1-day experiences make it accessible and beneficial for busy employers to host.
We smart-match employers one-to-one with a young person who shares their passion and personality to create highly meaningful experiences. We also support with best practice activities and logistics too. We’re fuelling social mobility by helping all young people find work that matters to them, and connecting employers with talent from diverse backgrounds.
