Position: Strategist / Planner
Reporting To: Brand Strategy Director
Salary Bracket: £35,000 – £50,000 (pro rata)
Part Time: 3-5 days per week

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Strategic Planner (3-7 years experience) to join our growing team at Halo.

About the role:
As Strategic Planner, you’ll be the architect of brand success stories. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Researching behaviours, competitors, and markets and communicating insights, conclusions and trends.
- Shaping and defining compelling brand platforms that reflect our clients core principles.
- Planning campaigns, in both content and media, that demand the audiences attention.
- Regularly analysing and reporting on brand and campaign performance.
- Collaborating across all teams, internally and externally, to ensure brand alignment.
Required skills
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in strategic brand planning, advertising, or in a creative role with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to elevate creative and conceptual development in strategic planning efforts.
- Proficiency in writing high-quality briefs aligned with brand objectives and creative development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 3-7 years of proven experience in brand strategy development and planning implementation.
- Availability for 3-5 days a week.
