On Sept 17th, 1963, Raghbir Singh became the first Person of Colour to work as a Bus Conductor following the Bristol Bus Boycott victory. As part of our Talks4Change series of events, to honour his bravery, CIPD and Curiosity UnLtd presents Race & Diversity in the Workplace. On Sept 17th, join Asher Craig, Bristol’s first Black Deputy Mayor, and the Bristol Bus Boycott pioneers, for an evening of inspiring talks, networking and good food.
Talks4Change: Race & Diversity in the Workplace is from 5.30 – 8.30 pm. CIPD members can attend for free, while non-members can purchase tickets for £10.
