There are many factors that affect our approach when it comes to pricing, from the fear of missing out on a piece of work, the fear of not winning follow on work, and sometimes the fear of having an awkward conversation.
In this 2-hour interactive workshop, we’ll discuss common challenges we face in the creative industries, understand the implications of the pricing approaches and decisions we make on the bottom line, as well as the impact on client relationships. We’ll share some different pricing models, strategies and tactics, as well as practical advice on ways to communicate them effectively without compromising relationships.
This session will be particularly useful for anyone working in the creative industries who wants to increase their confidence when it comes to pricing, proposals, and client communication.
