I’m an Event Project Director and Agency Operations Lead with over 20 years of experience shaping live experiences, brand activations, and corporate events. Having held senior agency leadership roles – including Operations Director level – I bring a balance of strategic and creative thinking, operational rigour, and hands-on event production.
I specialise in delivering end-to-end B2B and B2C event marketing campaigns alongside high-impact employee engagement events. Whether running an intimate dinner for 20 executives or directing large-scale events and activations for over 1,000 guests, I step in to manage complex projects, tight logistics, and multi-stakeholder environments with a naturally warm personality and a calm and unflappable approach.
As an operational specialist, I also support agencies and in-house teams with team management and talent development, RFP writing, pitch responses, supplier negotiations and management, and process optimisation during busy delivery periods.
