Headquartered in Bristol, Rowden employs around 160 people and operates over 20,000 square feet of engineering and manufacturing facilities. We have a growing international footprint and are one of Europe’s fastest-growing engineering businesses.
Design plays an increasingly important role in how we deliver and scale our work. It shapes how operators interact with our software in demanding environments, how our products are developed, and how we present our brand as we expand into new markets.
As we grow, we are investing in building a high-quality in-house design team in the Southwest. We value designers who bring clarity to complex ideas and technologies, collaborate cross-functionally, and take a deliberate, considered approach to their craft.
