As a passionate advocate of good design in all its forms, Matt heads up our creative team. While working with our clients, his empathetic but curious interrogations help develop strategies and ideas that really pack a punch.
Russ Back
Russ has years of experience building user-focused web platforms, and leads on development processes and approach at Mud. His less-is-more approach leads to super-efficient, but always high-quality development work
Meg West
Meg brings her impeccable organisation skills to Mud, along with her not inconsiderable creative thinking and client services abilities. Meg supports Manchester Utd, which almost meant she was excluded from the recruitment process. But we were so impressed with her that Matt was (reluctantly) willing to let this go.
Lieve Vogels
Diligent and well organised, Lieve brings several years of experience to our PM team delivering technically complex and creative projects. Always a friendly voice, she has a wealth of experience delivering projects for a diverse range of clients, Lieve is also the finest baker at Mud (possibly the finest in the South West).
