The HBXL Group exists to help SME construction businesses build stronger, more profitable companies – especially when the odds feel stacked against them.
For more than 25 years, we’ve worked alongside builders and construction professionals, developing practical solutions to the problems they face every day: winning the right work, pricing it properly, managing projects, staying compliant and developing the skills they need to move their businesses forward.
Today, that support spans the full journey. Our construction software helps builders estimate, design, manage projects, handle contracts and health and safety with greater confidence and control. Our estimating service provides expert support when businesses don’t have the time or resource to price work themselves. And through HBXL Skills Academy, we deliver funded training that helps people develop skills in estimating, CAD, business management and project management.
Technology sits at the heart of what we do, but always with a practical purpose. We’re continually exploring how cloud technology, automation and considered AI can remove unnecessary work, improve decision-making and give construction businesses more time to focus on what they do best.
