CAREER COACHING:
I help people design their careers so they can make their future a reality.
I coach people to make a step change, whether that is looking to make more impact in a leadership role, return from maternity leave with purpose and focus, or imagine a whole new career path.
LEADERSHIP COACHING:
I help leaders and leadership teams define their own personal leadership style, be clear how they want to lead and what impact they want to have, and equip them with the skills and behaviours to empower and coach their teams. I love to work with next generation leaders to empower them to come together as a collective force and step into their leadership roles in the business.
I work with a broad range of businesses from creative agencies and architects, to energy companies and lawyers.
