Operations Management

In London, I pursued a career in operations management, drawn to venues and the custodianship of cultural spaces. I went on to hold management roles at Southbank Centre and The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, specialising in customer experience and ticketing.

Since relocating to Bristol in 2017, my work has evolved to focus on asset-based community development and running community buildings. Alongside these roles, I have also continued my commitment to lifelong learning, starting my doctorate in 2022.

Research & Teaching

Throughout my career, I have been a custodian and advocate for venues and places that foster creativity. My long-term aim is to open an educational test space venue, underpinned by my doctoral research exploring the synergy of venues and education.

I’ve been teaching for over 12 years in London, Bristol and Wales.
I am an interdisciplinary practitioner, lecturing in two core areas: Operations management and art & design. I am a neurodiversity champion, raising awareness of alternative thinking styles and promoting inclusive practices.
