I help businesses understand what their data is telling them, then act on it to win more enquiries.

Most businesses have plenty of data but few answers. Traffic goes up while conversions go down, tracking isn’t set up properly, and reports show what happened without explaining why. I dig into GA4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads data to find where leads are being lost, fix the tracking so the numbers can be trusted, and turn it into clear Looker Studio dashboards and recommendations.

It works. In agency work, I analysed a client’s GA4 and Clarity behaviour data, found where visitors were dropping off, rebuilt their landing pages around it and increased conversions by 63%. I’ve also built automations that use AI to summarise incoming leads for sales teams, so good enquiries get followed up faster.

Because I’m also a web developer, I don’t just hand over recommendations. I can build the fix. I design, build and improve websites in WordPress, Shopify and many more CMS platforms, working in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP, with a focus on fast, well-structured pages built to convert. That means tracking, landing pages and site changes can all be handled in one place, without waiting on a separate developer.

On top of that, I specialise in Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO). More people now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews for recommendations, and I structure sites and content so AI tools understand them, trust them and recommend them. That’s backed by technical SEO, Google Ads (Search and Performance Max), and automation with Zapier, Make and n8n.

I have three years’ agency experience, a First in Business & Management (Marketing) from UWE, and I’m based near Bristol. Always happy to grab a coffee and look at what your data is really saying.
