As a Fractional Managing Director and Client Strategy Director, I support founders of creative-led businesses who’ve grown faster than their structure. I step in to bring focus, strengthen leadership alignment, and help businesses become better run, without losing their soul.
Alongside fractional roles, I also lead brand transformation programmes for organisations that know their brand needs to evolve but are unsure what change is actually needed or how to deliver it internally. This involves working with founders, C-suite and marketing teams to clarify the problem, define the strategic brief, and guide the process of brand-led change.
My background includes 20 years in brand development and agency leadership, most recently as Managing Director at The Clearing. I do not create brand strategy or design outputs myself. My role is to help organisations make better decisions, select the right partners, and ensure brand change translates into real organisational alignment and momentum.
I value pace and high standards. I have little patience for inefficiency or average thinking, but I work in a way that brings people with me. Things move faster when people are clear on the direction and excited by it.
