Brand marketer – specialising in the campaign management of above-the-line (ATL) advertising across creative development, production and media. Helping make ads better at Currys, the UK’s market leading retailer in consumer electronics. Striving for emotional storytelling in the advertising of consumer electronics, retail, and tech, over ‘speeds and feeds’. Advocate of ‘traditional’ media channels, which are too often dismissed and proclaimed as “dead”.

In 2023 I recommenced my career in advertising following a break spent caring for a family member and up-skilling, with a focus on digital marketing strategy. I gained qualifications and did training courses with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chartered Management Institute, and the Institute of Data & Marketing. I also began mentoring school leavers and university students from underrepresented backgrounds, living outside of London and the South East, on how to get into the advertising and marketing industry still concentrated in the capital.
