We’re looking for someone to join our Client Services team and become an indispensable member of the team.
As a Client Partner, you’ll sit at the heart of the agency, leading client relationships across branding, campaigns, digital and marketing for progressive national and global brands.

You’ll translate commercial challenges into clear opportunities for our strategists, creatives and digital specialists, helping deliver work that is creatively ambitious, commercially effective and genuinely valued by our clients.
You’ll play an important role in the future growth of saintnicks, helping to shape opportunities, spotting new areas for growth, contributing to new business and ensuring every client receives the level of partnership we’re known for.

Required skills
Building trusted client partnerships
- Become the day-to-day Client Partner for a portfolio of clients
- Develop a genuine understanding of each client’s business, objectives and market
- Lead client meetings and strategic conversations with confidence
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, honesty and commercial value
- Represent your clients internally while championing the agency’s thinking and recommendations
Leading projects
- Scope, plan and deliver integrated brand, digital and marketing projects
- Create proposals, timings and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams across strategy, creative, content and digital
- Keep projects running smoothly, proactively solving challenges before they arise
- Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard
Thinking commercially
- Manage project budgets, profitability and forecasting
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships
- Prepare proposals and present opportunities confidently
- Support pitches and new business conversations
- Balance commercial thinking with delivering outstanding client service
Championing great work
- Help shape insightful strategic and creative briefs
- Work closely with our strategists and creatives throughout projects
- Provide constructive feedback that improves the work
- Balance client objectives with creative ambition
- Help ensure every project delivers meaningful commercial impact
