Floresco Media has been accredited as a Living Wage Employer by the Living Wage Foundation. Floresco is an independent paid media agency based in Bristol and Bath. 

The commitment means everyone working at Floresco earns at least the real Living Wage of £13.45 an hour. That’s higher than the government’s National Living Wage of £12.71. The real Living Wage is calculated each year independently, based on the cost of living.

It’s part of our core ethos of building Floresco and a fair and supportive place to work. Earlier this year, the agency brought in Zoë Burt from Words on Wealth to run a financial education session for the team, covering pensions, investments and money more broadly. Floresco plans to make these sessions a regular fixture.

Co-Founder Sally Hunt, said: 

“I feel strongly that we owe it to our team to go beyond legal minimums. This is a non-negotiable for us as leaders. Paying the real Living Wage is something we’d have done anyway but getting accredited holds us accountable and means we stand behind it publicly.”
