We’ve probably all heard the phrase ‘research kills great creative’. Some of us may even have experienced this first hand! But it doesn’t need to be this way.
Good research can – and should – inspire and inform. And, of course, it can also suggest, point out, or even nitpick.
But in a world with so much brand noise and countless channels and platforms built to reach and engage customers, a dash of insight can make all the difference.
But who do you call, and how do you work together?
In this webinar, Gideon Barker, founder of Customer iQ, will help answer these questions and more. He will cover the importance of finding the right kind of research partner and how to ensure that the working relationship creates a positive outcome for all.

This webinar is aimed at those working in creative services, or anyone interested in better understanding how research, and the research industry operate.
Gideon has been working in the research industry since 2000 – spending time in agencies and client roles (BBC, Channel 5, ITV and others). For the past 15 years, he has been working independently, first as a freelancer and contractor, then as a consultant delivering research projects to marketing and creative agencies and a wide range of client organisations. He has a particular view on how research can be used in the creative process and adopted into an organisation’s roadmap.
