Seedling, the B Corp-certified carbon management platform, has acquired fellow carbon accounting business Go Climate Positive (GCP). The deal marks a major step in Seedling’s growth and further strengthens its position in the UK and internationally as a trusted carbon accounting partner for scaling and mid-market businesses.  

The sale completed on 31st October 2026, and GCP’s clients will move across to the Seedling platform over the coming weeks, each supported by a named Seedling carbon specialist. GCP’s founders, Eoin McQuone and Stephanie Lee, will stay closely involved throughout the handover to ensure continuity of service. Ongoing projects will progress without disruption. 

For GCP clients, the move provides a dependable basis for long-term carbon reporting and emissions management, backed by a UK-based team of carbon specialists and an approach grounded in technical rigour and alignment with global standards.
