At Babbasa, we supporting talented young people from low-income and ethnically diverse communities in Bristol to progress into employment, education and enterprise.

Since 2013, we have supported over 4,500 young people to build confidence, develop skills and progress towards their ambitions.

We haven’t done this alone, our ecosystem of businesses and professionals has been key to the impact we’ve achieved.

And we need more volunteers (we call them Equal Opportunity Ambassadors) to mentor the young people we support.
