Gaming-native integrated agency strengthens its leadership team with strategic appointment from Aardman Animations’ Games division, as Lorna Probert joins to head up its creative production business
Bristol, UK – 11 May, 2026 – Gaming-native agency Diva has hired former commercial head of Aardman Games and Interactive entertainment division, Lorna Probert, to head up its Creative and Production agency business.
Lorna joins Diva with over 25 years of experience in games, interactive and immersive production, joining Diva’s executive leadership team as Head of Production, to drive new innovation and operational excellence in the agency’s creative and production services, which deliver campaigns for a global roster of AAA games and entertainment clients.
Prior to joining Diva, Lorna held the role of Executive Producer and Head of Production at Aardman Animations, having jointly founded and led the studio’s Games division for 18 years. During her time at Aardman, Lorna built the division from the ground up, overseeing 200+ productions spanning games, apps, XR, and interactive experiences that engaged millions worldwide. Her work has been recognised with two BAFTAs, Cannes Lions, D&AD, and more.
Suzy Barnes, Diva’s Co-Founder and CEO, said: “Lorna is an exceptional leader with an outstanding reputation from her many years leading the Aardman Games division where she successfully headed up and scaled the multidisciplinary teams, and led large-scale, complex productions for clients including the BBC, Disney, Meta, Netflix, Science Museum, and Sky.
We’re thrilled to have appointed Lorna at such an exciting time for the business, as we prepare to launch a new innovation in production fulfilment which we believe will be a game changer. Our clients are also immediately benefitting from Lorna’s operational excellence, and from her focused and thoughtful strategic input.”
Lorna commented: “Having long admired Diva’s standing within the games industry, I am honored to join its executive leadership team at this exciting, strategic juncture. I look forward to lending my experience to enhance our operational excellence and contribute to the ambitious new chapter that will define the future of our offering for global AAA clients.”
Lorna’s appointment comes as Diva readies itself for the launch of its proprietary engine to serve its global production client business. In March, the agency also launched a dedicated Creator and Community division to lead on fan engagement and influencer marketing strategy. Diva’s established AAA creative, PR & Communications business reinforces the agency’s position as a fully integrated partner for global games publishers.
