Hybrid has over 100 staff across its Digital, Content, Insights and Creative teams. Our creative team is 20 people globally, 4 of which are dedicated account management and administrative support. 16 of the team is dedicated to creative output.
Key People
Jen Neville, Creative Account Director
Jen has over 10 years’ experience helping brands cut through, having worked across a variety of sectors spanning financial services, student accommodation, construction and global manufacturing. Part of Jen's role is ensuring research from Hybrid's Insights team is feeding into creative development, and working closely with client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in line with pre-agreed timescales and objectives. She is passionate about delivering the highest level of client service, whilst ensuring a brand’s creative is in line with objectives and ambition.
Max Longstaff, Creative Director
Max is a multi-award-winning Creative Director. With over 10 years’ experience working with clients around the world, and across a range of sectors, including London Olympics, Disney, Torrens University, Eurostar, University of California, Berkeley, Cancer Research UK and Autodesk. He leads a team of designers, animators, motion graphic specialists, copywriters and videographers.
Stuart Brown, Design Director
With over 12 years of experience in the creative industry, Stuart is a multi-award winning brand designer who has worked for studios in both London and Toronto. His work spans across the fields of visual identity, print, digital, motion and environmental graphics. Leading the design team at Hybrid he focuses on concept-driven outcomes through research, strategy, and collaboration ensuring that all creative is to the highest standard.
Charlie Abbas, Designer
Charlie is an experienced brand technician, graphic designer and illustrator with a proven track record of creating standout brands, innovative design solutions and impactful campaigns for clients. He has 5 years’ design experience across a range of sectors and agency environments, and brings specialisms in brand book development, print, digital experience, UX and UI.
