George Hyde - Commercial Director

Having grown up performing to audiences in the South West - from the the final of Bath Young Musician of the Year to the Northern Ballet's production of A Christmas Carol - George witnessed first-hand the power of music to connect, influence and inspire. Fast-forward 20 years and, following a successful stint as a media & entertainment lawyer, George combined his love of music psychology/semiology and commitment to delivering market-leading professional service, to launch Earmark with his brother, Will.

Will Hyde - Creative Director

Will wrote and performed his first composition aged 10. Since then, Will has composed and produced music for award-winning media, with credits including BBC natural history documentaries (The Great British Year, Life In The Air, World's Sneakiest Animals, Animal Babies, Planet Defenders, to name a few) and global ad campaigns for brands such as Amazon, Nokia, Nike, Dyson, Bwin and Castrol.
