Founded in 2005, we have earned a reputation for delivering on our promises and getting results because, quite simply, we do what we say we will do.

We provide full-service public relations, communications and marketing, which includes social media and digital content as well as issues management, award submissions and events.

At bClear our aim is to operate as a trusted extension to our client’s businesses which is why every client has an experienced, senior PR consultant to help reach their business goals.

Jayne West

What is your role at bClear? Business manager – As the name suggests I look after bClear’s business activities, which includes day-to-day planning, HR duties, policies and procedures and financial management. Having started in the business as account executive in 2012, I am also on hand to help the team writing articles, comments and press releases. What is your background and experience? Before joining bClear I spent three years as communications manager at Cowlin Construction, part of the Balfour Beatty Group. I was responsible for internal communications across five regional offices and external PR and community engagement. Previously I worked for a local publisher, starting out as an administrator and bookkeeper, progressing to copywriter and finally editor for three B2B magazines.

What is your role at bClear? I founded bClear Communications back in 2005. I’m now CEO but I am still hands on in every part of the business ensuring we still work to the high standards that are so close to my heart and which hopefully we are well known for. However, I believe we should all be teachers and learners, and that even the youngest members of the team have things that they can teach me and the rest of the team. What is your background and experience? Before setting up bClear I set up an internal communication department at RBS and Computershare. I then managed both B2B and B2C PR at Bristol & West/Bank of Ireland Mortgages and at Clarke Willmott a top-75 law firm.
