Account Director


Job Description

As a key part of the true Client Services team, you will take a lead role in exceeding our clients’ expectations, and building strong, lasting and mutually advantageous relationships.

The Account Director leads a client account, or group of accounts, within the agency, ensuring that we are offering our clients the very best advice and delivering stand-out creative digital solutions that drive real business value. You will work closely with the client and the rest of the agency to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and value whilst also maintaining profitable growth of the account. The Account Director is ultimately the representative of the client within the agency. They will know the client brand and business inside and out and will always make an accurate assessment of how well the agency’s output is meeting the client’s brief.

The Account Director is a champion of the agency’s output – this is achieved through effective management of internal teams, and their ability to lead and inspire others inside and outside of the agency. They will regularly be involved with pitches for new business, approaching these with both a creative and commercial mindset.

Alongside the above qualities we are looking for someone who has considerable experience (5 years plus) of working within Client Services In an agency environment and has a proven track record of delivering excellence in client/agency relationships.
