We are looking for an SEO Manager to join our award-winning team!

What we’re looking for

Torchbox is looking for an SEO Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. You’ll get the chance to design, develop and deliver SEO strategy for our clients in the non-profit, health, culture, and education sectors. Your work will span technical audits, content strategy, link building, keyword research and much, much more. Ultimately, you’ll take responsibility for helping our clients get found, and stay found—these currently include NHS.UK, Crisis, Prostate Cancer UK, Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity,, the Royal Society, Girlguiding, Chatham House and many more.

* As an employee-owned company our remuneration is made up of two parts, your base salary £33,048 – £45,374 per annum and your tax-free co-owner bonus of £3,600 which is prorated and paid quarterly. There is an additional profit share scheme.
