We’re seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to join the Bakehouse Factory team as a full-time Account Executive. This is an exciting core support role within the team, joining us as we start a next exciting chapter.

- Starting salary: £26-29k per annum

We work throughout the UK and, unlike many event companies, Bakehouse Factory does it all under one roof! Top Duties and Qualifications
The Account Executive is a pivotal member of the Client Services team, where clients are given the highest standard of service possible from Bakehouse, whether a new client working with us for the first time or those that we’ve known for years.
Your duties will include supporting the team, managing your own tasks and being part of the client communication. You thrive in an energy driven environment, enjoy a challenge, want to find your niche and are organized, task driven, and passionate about service, delivery and the client process.
Duties and responsibilities
Primarily you will be responsible for supporting the Client Services team, who are responsible for all client relationships, from brief through to the event and de-brief. You will also have your own areas of responsibility, all supported by the Head of Client Services.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the team in the successful running of our client accounts, and developing positive relationship, particularly with our retail and corporate clients
- Supporting the team with the preparation of new business proposals and presentations, writing copy, researching ideas, finding content and budgeting
- Supporting the team with account administration, monitoring deadlines and tracking finance
- Supporting the team in briefing the creative, design and production teams
- Build and maintain positive and professional client and colleague relationships
- Contribute to an environment of creative excellence and demonstrate an understanding of theatre and events and monitoring the marketplace
- Supporting the team with the posting of marketing content and the development of marketing materials
- Demonstrate a continual desire to learn and develop
- Expect occasional out of hours or weekend working
Who will you report to?
As Account Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Client Services. Day to day you will work alongside other members of the Client Services Team, as well as collaborate with other departments. Bakehouse is a very collaborative team.

What are we looking for?
Bakehouse creates magical interactions and installations for well-known brands, retail clients, tourist attractions and corporate clients. - Ideally, you will have some Marketing & Events industry experience, either from working within an agency or a client-side team
- A clear understanding of events, the creative and production process, deliverables, deadlines, the client relationship and what makes an event successful
- Ideally, you will have budget management experience, though this will also be supported
- Clear communication skills
- Your social media skills are top notch
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and work in a busy environment
- You will be the perfect blend of confident, creative, conscientious and comfortable working both proactively, and as a team player
- Experience using Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other software programs
- Strong presentation skills using Powerpoint, a good eye for detail, writing, sourcing images and bringing the creative ideas to life for clients.
