Account Executive at Stornaway Interactive Video
Stornaway is the world’s most popular interactive video platform, based in Bristol, serving Enterprise and SME customers all over the world in multiple market sectors.

The Role :
As part of our fast-growing start up, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing client relationships, expanding our client base and fostering long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Qualification & Conversion: Respond to and convert potential clients from inbound enquiries, social media and events.
Customer Engagement and Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage with potential customers from the CRM database and through outbound efforts, working with our marketing team to understand and show how Stornaway’s solutions address their needs.
Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Stornaway’s products in the market.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure client needs are met and to contribute to the continuous improvement of Stornaway’s offerings.

Required skills
We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in SaaS sales – ideally with exposure to interactive media, video production, education technology or creative industries.
Is a confident communicator– skilled at delivering engaging presentations, product demos, and written pitches that resonate with clients.
Thrives on collaboration – working seamlessly with marketing, product, and customer support teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
Has strong negotiation skills – with the ability to find win-win solutions
Likes technology and design – happy using CRM software (we use Hubspot) and other sales automation tools, and enjoys using creative design tools like Adobe and Canva – experience with video is a bonus.
Puts clients first – genuinely cares about understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that drive success.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is helpful, but we’re more interested in your passion, drive, and ability to connect with people.
