We are looking for a top-class Business Development / Client Success Manager to join our team! Based in our swanky new office space in Nailsea, just outside of Bristol, Squarebird works with clients of all sizes, providing web and digital marketing solutions to firms big and small around the globe.  If you live and breathe digital, we want you.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build relationships within our existing client portfolio (and respond to inbound enquiries from this same group) to understand their individual needs and identify opportunities for our team to deliver value for them.  This might include website improvements, content development, ad-hoc graphic design pieces, website refreshes, conversion optimisation projects, social media campaigns, etc!  You will have our delivery teams – web development, design, marketing (copywriting, social media, retainer management) – at your disposal for implementation, as well as a projects team who will be on hand to take on any major projects you identify/agree with clients.

Someone with excellent business development and relationship building skills, strong knowledge and capabilities in digital marketing for B2B and B2C organisations, and an understanding of the website development process.
