Full time role (5 days per week)
9am – 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
Salary £28,000 – £34,000 (depending on experience)
4 days in the studio one day working remotely
Start date – TBC (Mid Jan – Early Feb 2024)

Overview
We’re looking for a full-time Project Manager with a proven track record managing and delivering projects, ideally in the creative industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven individual to join a small but ambitious studio in Bristol and be part of shaping brands that move the world forward.

The role will include:
- Working closely with both the creative team and clients across a range of projects (branding, websites, graphic design, campaigns, animation etc).
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time
- Maintaining prompt and active communication
- Managing the calendar across the internal team, freelancers and external clients
- Keeping Asana (our project management tool) up-to-date
- Managing project timelines for staff and clients
- Compiling briefs based on client feedback & supporting the team to ensure clarity on tasks
- Managing scope creep & client expectations
- Collaborating with senior team members on Proposals and Statements of Work
- Supporting with and developing best-practices and internal processes
- Proofing and checking work against feedback and briefs
- Projects debriefs and reporting to help with future jobs and quotes
Required skills
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years working in a project or account management role
- Solid understanding of project management software like Asana and Float to enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Impeccable time management skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Highly organised.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to maintain composure, even in difficult situations.
- Mac literacy.
- Excellent spelling, punctuation, numeracy & grammar.
- An interest in design / visual culture / the arts.
