We are seeking a passionate, experienced and ambitious Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced creative agency. The successful candidate will manage and execute multi-disciplinary design projects across branding, digital, online media, and interior/exterior graphics. The candidate also thrives on challenges, delivers innovative ideas, and has a strong understanding of marketing and social media trends. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, playing a key role in the daily digital and print output of the business.
You’ll be joining a team known for its high-quality service and working with a diverse range of high-profile national and global clients across various industries. Key responsibilities of the role include managing and executing design projects across branding, digital, online media, and environmental graphics, collaborating directly with clients, and maintaining our hard-won reputation.
We are looking for a candidate with a standout portfolio that showcases skills in branding, typography, layout, website design, social media, and attention to detail. The ideal designer is a creative thinker who is comfortable challenging and developing client briefs. Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential for effective client and team collaboration.

Required skills
We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- 3+ years design industry experience with a solid understanding of print processes
- A strong conceptual thinker with excellent visualisation skills
- An excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- A collaborative mindset, capable of working and directly liaising with both teams and clients, effectively translating feedback into action points
- A keen eye for detail in colour, composition and typography
- An original, compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates conceptual skills, high quality print and digital design experience from concept to delivery
- A highly motivated individual with a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
- People skills: confident and personable in client and team interactions
- Knowledge of marketing, social media and Mailchimp; experience with motion design and WordPress is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently, project manage and be confident when presenting concepts to clients
- Remaining calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Desire for continuous learning and team development aligned with industry trends
- Down-to-earth attitude and willingness to engage in all aspects of agency life, with a well-developed sense of humour
- Strong organisational skills and efficient time management
