Associate Producer

Lo-Fi Games

Job Description

Lo-Fi Games is a small, busy, independent games studio based in Bristol, who prize diversity and staff welfare.

We are looking for an Associate Producer to help pull our Kenshi 2 team together and oversee its success. A challenging role for a huge and innovative project, the successful candidate will be working closely with our Production Director to keep the development and design teams working collaboratively towards milestones, whilst sticking to the same creative and technical vision.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have excellent time management and communication skills, be able to understand and balance the needs of others, and be able to act without guidance

Ultimately, you will be a crucial member of the Lo-Fi Games Development Team, guiding our multidisciplinary teams with well-designed work processes and helping deliver clear expectations to help keep everyone on track and working towards the same vision

This role is offered as a hybrid role – a regular catch up will be required in our Central Bristol office, so please only apply if you are local to the area or can happily commute

Lo-Fi Games is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We encourage a full range of diversity in our team and strongly encourage all people to apply, including those from under-represented groups. We can also discuss anything you may need to achieve your full potential at any stage of the process. We assess your application solely on your demonstrated suitability for the job. Nothing else.

We are members of the Good Employment Charter and Safe In Our World and a Women in Games ambassador.

To apply please send your CV and a covering statement detailing why you would like to work for us at Lo-Fi Games to [email protected]. Please let us know if you have any access requirements regarding the application process itself by directly messaging [email protected]

Please note that all applicants must be aged 18 or over on the date of application.

Closing date of application is 9th June 2024. We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications. If you are interested, we’d encourage you to submit your application as early as possible.

Application processing time is dependent on the volume received, though we do endeavour to respond to every applicant regardless of the outcome. Please bear in mind that we are a small team and tend to receive large amounts of applications, so it can take us a little time to get through them
