The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Artworker – with at least 5 years experience to join our growing team. You’ll bring technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring creative work is flawlessly executed across all deliverables.

Required skills
What you’ll do
- Produce high-quality artwork, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, and brand consistency. This could include retouching, reworking or ‘fixing’ the design, customising typography, colour balancing, resizing documents and eliminating any inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and client partners to develop and refine concepts.
- Work on a wide range of projects, from brand identity and packaging to campaigns and digital assets.
- Balancing creativity with technical precision, ensuring all work is both engaging and production-ready.
- Adapt assets to different formats while maintaining brand integrity and creative excellence.
What we’re looking for
- Experience as an Artworker (agency or in-house) with strong creative and technical skills (at least 5 year’s experience is required).
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality execution across print and digital.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) with a strong eye for detail.
- Knowledge of production processes, print specifications, and digital asset creation.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple projects efficiently.
- A passion for design, typography, and creating visually engaging artwork.
