Flourish is an independently owned specialist CRM agency with offices in Bristol and Dubai.

We’re obsessed with data-led customer journeys and put the consumer at the heart of everything we do.

We work with global brands like Samsung, Nestle and Twitch, and we’re looking for someone special to help our clients thrive. Due to company growth, we’re looking for a new Account Director to join our team.

Well, that’s who we are… but not really who we are. Know what we mean?

The fact is we’re a relatively small team who do great work for some really big clients, and have a laugh whilst doing it.

Don’t get us wrong, we’re serious about what we do and we do a seriously good job. But none of us chose to work as accountants, right?

The Role: 

The role of the Account Executive is to support the account team(s) in the day-to-day running of each account.  It is the Account Executive’s role to ensure that all account management and administrative procedures are followed efficiently and punctually.

The Agency

You should have a thorough understanding of Flourish, our ethos and the services that we can offer to our clients. Your role is to ensure we achieve the best for both the client and the agency.

Industry Knowledge

As part of your role you should seek to grow a good understanding of the direct and digital marketing industry and where Flourish fits into that. You should have a basic understanding of the core principles, and what we can offer to our Clients.
