We’re on the hunt for a Creative Director / Post-Production Specialist who can oversee the entire post-production process, from initial cut to a slick, high-energy final video that keeps viewers watching to the very end.

Project Based | Remote | Independent Contractor
Responsibilities:
Start with a pre-structured rough cut (eg 1 hour) and refine it into a final, story-driven cut (eg 20 minutes) ready for editors to edit by:

Identifying and removing unnecessary sections to improve pacing and flow.

Writing and directing voiceovers to boost comedy, storytelling, and emotional engagement, always in Chuff’s tone and personality.

Suggesting creative edit ideas to enhance humour, structure, or viewer payoff.
Collaborate with editors to ensure the final edit aligns with the creative vision and hits all narrative and comedic beats.
Review and approve the final video before upload, ensuring it meets brand standards and the creative vision.
Analyse performance data and audience feedback to refine storytelling, structure, and style for future videos.

Requirements:
A strong sense of pacing and comedic timing. You know how to build momentum, land jokes, and keep energy high from start to finish.
Sharp storytelling instincts, with confidence in cutting, restructuring, and highlighting key moments to boost clarity, emotion, and retention.
Deep understanding of YouTube: audience behaviour, platform algorithms, retention strategies, and what makes viewers click and stay.
Experience in Gaming content (FC especially) is preferred.
Highly organised and reliable, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail, especially when reviewing narrative flow, voiceovers, and final edits.
Strong collaborator and communicator able to give clear feedback and work closely with editors and the wider team.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Access and experience in Adobe Premiere Pro.
