Chase Design Group has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Designer to join a growing team in our Bristol office. As part of this team, you will be involved in all aspects of the creative work including: research, idea generation, concept exploration, design development and finalisation.

Required skills
Be involved in all aspects of the creative work in our UK office including: research, idea generation, concept exploration, design development and finalisation
• Be a design guardian for the brands we work upon, ensuring colour, type and visual equities follow standards
• Deliver high quality, well-considered design solutions that helps to meet our clients’ objectives
• Deliver both strong ideas and a high level of craftsmanship across all elements of design
• Have a good understanding of the creative process from brief to production
• Organise and maintain design files and master assets as needed
• Maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and profitability
• Support the team when managing external specialists e.g. illustrators, visualiser
• Help to maintain an atmosphere of inspiration and collaboration and, in time, help to mentor the younger creative team
• 4-5 years experience in packaging design
• Strong skills in key Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator)
• A good understanding of the print process and technology
• Strong communication skills, excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
• A degree in fine arts or graphic design
