Job description:
You will be involved in the day-to-day running of client projects. These could be short turnaround projects based on a day’s shoot or longer ongoing projects over the course of a year. You will report to the company directors to ensure projects are kept on target from briefing stage to delivery. You will help oversee our videography and editing team to make sure their skills and time are deployed efficiently, their talents are valued and innovation is encouraged. You will be client-facing, as creative as you are practical and share our small team’s drive to deliver the best possible product for our customers.
Agency and/or specialist factual broadcast candidates welcome, although the latter should have demonstrable corporate potential and preferably short format quick turnaround experience.
Required skills
Responsibilities:
- Pre-Production: Collaborate with clients to develop creative concepts and detailed production plans, including location scouting and scheduling.
- Directing: Oversee video shoots, guiding the production team and ensuring all footage aligns with the creative vision.
- Editing: Manage the post-production process, working with editors to craft polished and impactful videos.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and exceeding expectations.
- Project Management: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate production teams, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.
- Dedication to process development and improvement, keeping up with evolving production tools that improve efficiency and value to our clients.
Desirable skills:
- Basic sync assembly skills in Adobe Premiere or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence.

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 DOE
