Start Date: January 2024
End date: August 2024 (with possible short extension for the remainder of the project)
Hours: 40 per week (with potential for an increase to 45 hours per week depending on the department requirements)
Location: Based initially at Aztec West studio, Bristol
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join the Shaun the Sheep Special Team.
As Production Coordinator you will ensure efficient communication and processes across the production on a day-to-day basis, this key role focuses on the smooth running of the scripting, storyboard and edit process.
Part of this role will involve liaising with the Producer and Line Producer to assist booking the Director’s schedule, you will also be expected to produce crew timesheets and ensure invoices are forwarded to accounts in a timely manner.
We are looking for someone with previous production coordinator experience, especially in pre-production. You will have experience working with story and edit teams plus excellent organisation skills; with strong attention to detail.
