The Confident Manager training programme helps hesitant, uncertain managers become confident managers and leaders.
It runs over two, engaging and energetic half day sessions, 9am – 1pm, on 13 and 20 November in the Junction room at Temple Campus.
It’s perfect training for all managers – new, junior, mid and even senior – who have been plunged into the role without the training and guidance that every manager should have!
The programme covers:
– Communication – how to really listen and ask great questions
– Giving and receiving great feedback that’s objective, constructive and useful
– The cornerstones of successful management – knowing your task, your team and each individual
– Building trust with and in your team
– Delegating effectively – so the job gets done right, on time and on budget
– Managing your time to maximise you and your team’s effectiveness
The Confident Manager is delivered by Alan Mead, previously with Bray Leino and an award winning trainer (4 IPA CPD Gold & 3 IPA Platinum Awards) with over 30 years’ experience working in Agencies, gained at all levels, from AE to Board Director.
