“I just need to get through this week…”
Sound familiar?
Whether you’re freelance, employed, or running your own business, pressure, stress and overwhelm are always lurking. At its best, pressure fuels creativity and energy but if we’re not careful, it can tip into stress, exhaustion or burnout.
This interactive workshop, led by Polly Robinson of Growth Space will offer practical tools and space to reflect so you can build everyday resilience, manage stress in real-time, and support others to do the same.
For yourself:
How do you spot the early signs that you’re sliding into stress?
What are your personal triggers?
And what small, sustainable habits can help you stay grounded, energised and clear-headed when pressure builds?
For your team:
Wellbeing at work can’t just be a tick-box exercise.
Recent research from Deloitte shows that while 91% of C-suite leaders believe their organisations support wellbeing, only 56% of employees agree.
So how do you bridge that gap?
How do you support people in ways that feel real and tangible?
Freelancers, founders and business owners juggling multiple hats, or managers and team leaders who want to build supportive, people-first cultures. This workshop is also suited to anyone who wants to feel more focused, resilient and less overwhelmed.
Polly Robinson, founder of Growth Space, helps leaders and their teams build connected, motivated, people-first workplaces. As a Facilitator and Executive Coach Polly supports:
